Egyptian Beauty
Here's the first link to explain how the Egyptians had their makeup:

Apparently some of the makeup contained a material to help keep flies away:

Some of the best quotes from "Why to Study History" paper.
"If we did not study history the past will die."
"As much as you want the world to remember you, we should remember the world."
"Besides without history, there wouldn't be a now."
"Also if we didn't learn about what all the people did, that means they did everything for nothing."
"We should also study history so that whenever we wanna on vacation, we know what places to visit and what monuments to see."
"It is fun to learn how strange or heroic people were in the past."

Welcome to the class!
Today is the first day of our class "World History."
We discussed the theories behind studying history. We wrote a page on why to study history and we wrote another page on what in history is most interesting.
Then we discussed rules and regulations in the class. These are very simple: 1.) no electronics out 2.) no discussion while the teacher is talking 3.) be respectful of each other.
We will also briefly discuss what life was like BEFORE history and examine it on a time line!
